Meeting Minster Penk.

This week I met Minister Penk. Great conversation.  I offered practical “do now suggestions” that would make a difference.

However, I told him loud and clear that the quality, ease and cost of construction would never improve until MBIE behaved as a knowledgeable and assertive Regulator and Councils and Consentium, across New Zealand, acted within the law and acted consistently.
